The African American Future Society, in preparation for the United Nations Summit on the Future, co-created Afro4UN, collaborating with Black organizations, Afrofuturists, Futurists, and civil society organizations from around the world to contribute to a strong United Nations system. Let's develop the Future we want and a sustainable future for us all.

As the world's birth rate is decreasing and the birth rates of Africans and the diaspora are increasing, 1 in 4 global citizens by 2050 are projected to be African or people of color. This turns the age dynamic chart upside down, where youth will outnumber the elderly and the world will be more colored Black and Brown. How will the world look, what will be the social dynamics and results of the existing social contract?
